The Jersey Shore is the coastal region of the U.S. state of New Jersey. Geographically, the term encompasses about miles ( km) of oceanfront bordering the Atlantic Ocean, from Perth Amboy in the north to Cape May Point in the south.
Both types of boats have their place, depending on your budget, the size of your group, if you don’t mind sharing a boat and how far in advance you are planning a trip. Party boats or “head boats” generally fish every day for a specific species on set schedules. They charge per person or per “head” and prices vary depending on which species you are fishing for, as well as the length of time you will be fishing. These are open boats so no reservations or deposits are needed. You just show up and pay the fare.
Bait and rigs are generally included in the cost of the trip and poles can be rented for a nominal fee if you don’t have or bring your own.

Sandy Hook Lighthouse in Photograph courtesy Library of Congress Lotteries are apparently not a recent invention as one was proposed to raise funds to acquire land on Sandy Hook and to pay for construction of the lighthouse. The winning numbers were published in the October 5, edition of the New York Mercury.
The profit from the first lottery proved inadequate for the entire project, but it did at least fund the purchase of four acres on Sandy Hook from Esik and Richard Hartshorne. The beacon was first lighted on June 11, , and a week later an article in the New York Mercury announced the lighting and described the lighthouse. The lanthorn is 7 Feet high; the circumference 33 Feet. The whole constructure of the Lanthorn is Iron; the top covered with copper.
There are 48 Oil Blazes. The money collected was then used to pay the keeper and purchase supplies like oil, tallow, and coal required at the lighthouse. The tall lighthouse on the low-lying sandy spit was easily seen by mariners, but being the only structure of any height for several miles, it apparently was also susceptible to lightning strikes.

Pavone and his colleagues aboard the Gambler, a charter fishing boat, identified the bobbing box as a cooler, an expensive one meant to hold fish, and it didn’t belong in the water 6 miles off the coast of Manasquan. The mates scanned the horizon.
A white strobe light winked back, a sign the Gambler had stumbled across someone in distress. Then they spotted the survivors, two men clinging to what was left of the Alex Mac, a foot scallop boat. Most of the boat was gone, 70 to 80 feet down on the ocean floor, along with two of its crew members, a year-old boy and his uncle.
The pair died in the cabin where they were sleeping when the vessel struck a barge and sank. Michael Lantman’s father, she said, was from Philadelphia. The Alex Mac’s survivors, pulled to safety by Pavone and his crewmates, were identified as captain Michael Vanderpol and first mate Merle Robert. The two men, whose hometowns also were unavailable, were treated at Ocean Medical Center in Brick. Both vessels were moving in thick fog at the time, the Alex Mac toward scallop grounds farther east and the tug toward its home dock in Staten Island, Coast Guard Duty Officer Tom Peck said.
Peck declined to say whether both vessels had operable radar and running lights, citing the ongoing probe.

Even more surprising is that those who will be adversely affected consist primarily of high-income households in the luxury home market.
As with all major policy changes there will be winners and losers, but the big picture is that the housing market will remain viable in the years ahead. The hysteria that has ensued due to misinformation is however likely to cause home sales to be sluggish during the early part of resulting in a delayed Spring-Surge. Because of this, Right Pricing!
